I have successfully acquired over $500 million in grants since 1972 for public and non- profit clients. Grant funds were used for a variety of municipal building projects as well as infrastructure projects in support of public/private partnerships.
Real Estate Developer/General Contractor/Development Consultant from 1986 to 2004
I have permitted, designed, built, managed over 2 million square feet of self- storage across Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
I also have also assisted in the conversion of mill buildings into self-storage in Massachusetts (Grafton, Ma and East Bridgewater, Ma.). I have converted steel containers into self-storage and offices for the US Navy (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard) as well as properties in Wareham, Ma., and West Bridgewater, Ma.

I have managed over 400 condominium associations across the Greater Boston and Metro West of Massachusetts.
Condominium Convertor of NH Campground from 1972-2004
Served as Trustee and on the Board of Directors during the conversion of a 68-unit campground into a condominium campground as I personally was involved with the permitting, site planning, and sales of condominium units at this New Hampshire lake's region condominium known as Pine Hollow Condominium Campground, Weirs Beach, NH.
